Sydenham police recover dagga at Quarry Road settlement

Police officers with the seized dagga.

Sydenham police officers recovered 7kgs of dagga at the Quarry Road Informal Settlement, recently.

The officers, Cnst SM Jali,  Det W/O SO Rich and Cnst S Mnguni from the Cluster Operation Fiela team were responsible the successful recovery and received high praise from station management.

Sydenham SAPS communications officer, Cpt Myentherin Lazarus said this is part of ongoing operations where police officers from Operation Fiela will assist in deploying a contingent of vehicles and cops to create a heightened police presence.
