Top achievers treated to high tea with the principal

Principal of New West Secondary School, Rajah Surandernath, hosted a high tea for the top performing pupils from grade eight to 12, recently.

These pupils excelled in the March Controlled Test and as a reward, they were treated to tea with the principal.

“New West Secondary School is committed to academic excellence and we sometimes forget to encourage and motivate the high achievers,” he said.

The New West Secondary top achievers who achieved outstanding results in the March controlled tests.

It is hoped that the other pupils will be inspired by the top achievers and be motivated to aspire to greater heights in the mid-term examinations which are underway.

“The staff and school governing body congratulate these young top performers and wish pupils well in the forthcoming examinations,” added Surandernath.
