Renders of the iPhone 8 running on iOS 11 leaked for the first time

There have been many iPhone 8 renders out and about since the launch of the iPhone 7, but this leak in particular gives you a deeper insight with the smartphone running on the newly announced iOS 11 for the first time.

With this later render, you would be able to see the new Control Center, Lock Screen, Apple Music, and even the Messages apps will look on the iPhone 8’s rumoured bezel-less display.

iDropNews has leaked these fresh renders, whilst being first to speak about the design, it sports the bezel-less design with no Home Button in the front, and a small lip at the top edge to place the earpiece, and front camera sensor.

In the report, it also states that the iPhone 8 will also have a front laser and infrared sensor to bring facial recognition capabilities while the Touch ID will be embedded underneath the display.

The device is also expected to embed a large pad on the inside for introducing wireless charging capabilities. Meanwhile, at the back, there is a vertical dual camera setup that is going to be essential for AR features to work. Apple has almost confirmed that the iPhone 8 will sport AR features, thanks to the ARKit released with iOS 11.

With regards to the launch date of the iPhone 8, it seems like this is another mystery with some reports claiming a delay due to production issues, and some claiming that it will be on schedule and launch in September. Apple is also set to integrate an OLED display, an Apple A11 chip, and a 3D front camera as well.
